Description: What do you get with music crafted to drive intensity, a total body workout focused on progression and some bada** martial arts based moves? A group fitness experience like no other. STRONG by Zumba has NO dancing. This is a HIIT class that will make you sweat and feel strong in no time!

Bio: Dance is a way to express yourself. Fitness is a way to be in the condition to dance. Taylia is a dance instructor, fitness instructor, personal trainer, model, actress and performer. She makes it a point to continue to learn and expand her skills on a regular basis. Her goal is to provide a safe and comfortable place within Tough & Tender for anyone to reach their goals or just have some fun.

Leslie is passionate about providing women with the information they need to resolve issues such as, incontinence and prolapse, naturally.

Bio: Nora Bouz is a well-being design expert and interior designer. Her work revolves around creating spaces that reflect people’s authentic sense of beauty and promote well-being and happiness.

After working in the interior design industry since 2005 she dedicated 2 years to researching the factors that impact people’s well-being and happiness. Her exploration of the world’s environmental psychology and biophilic design shifted her practice to well-being interior design in 2017. Nora has been named “Lifestyle Expert to Follow in 2019” by Up Journey and contributed to OprahMag.com, Best of Line Online among other publications.

Bio: Robin Farrell is an award-winning broadcaster with 17 years of morning show experience - 12 of which have been spent here in Victoria. She currently hosts the morning show with A.J. Cruze on Ocean 98.5 She previously worked as a morning show host for 107.3 KOOL FM in Victoria, and Q103.1 in Kelowna. Robin started her broadcasting career as an intern on the morning show at 104.9 XFM and worked evenings and weekends at 96.9 JACK FM in Vancouver. She was a recipient of the "Morning Show of the Year" award at the Canadian Music and Broadcast Industry Awards in 2013, and was a nominee for the Vancouver Island Top 20 Under 40 Business and Community Achievement Awards in 2013. Robin rode the 2010 Canadian Cancer Society Cops for Cancer Tour de Rock as a media rider raising money for pediatric cancer research, and was a nominee for the 2016 National Philanthrophy Awards in Victoria for Co-Founding and Co-Chairing the Cycle of Hope Society - a 5 year fundraising project that raised awareness and inspired hope in families living with ALS.
